Accuraco works closely with the team at the GPT Group to continually upgrade and update the facilities at Melbourne Central Tower. Works include:
– End of Trip facilities for over 400 individuals and 400 bike racks.
– Fitout of commercial office space
– The delivery of over 20 tenancy speculative suites ranging between 300 to 600 sq.m in size.
– New base build lobby and amenity construction refurbishments to over 30 individual floors
– External glazing remediation works to the main floor lobby glass ceiling and top apex of the building.
Accuraco’s ability to provide a team with architectural training enabled us to extend our role beyond typical superintendency to challenge, resolve and add value to the final appearance across the portfolio of varied spec suites and lobby upgrades. This attention to detail and legitimate care for the final finish enabled our client to have a product that stood out in a competitive commercial market.
