Following the insolvency of Steller Properties, Accuraco have been engaged by the administrator to undertake a range of risk/issue assessments, rectification works and property preparation for sale. This has occurred over 15 properties (and growing) across metropolitan Melbourne with works varying from decontamination works, squatter and hazardous materials (drugs) removal to waterproofing issues and cladding notices management.
