Accuraco were engaged as Project Manager to assist in repair of this critical operational site as a preliminary engineering review of the issue indicated the likelihood of subterranean water ingress from the large stormwater swale onsite. This had led to degradation and damage to pavements within the operational facility for FedEx. The site, being home to the world’s largest express transportation company (FedEx), necessitated complex staging and the scheduling of works. Given the importance of this industrial site in GPT Group’s portfolio.
Accuraco were engaged to manage the full life cycle of the project’s delivery including; completion of the master program, procurement of the specialist consultant, completion of the design, contractor appointment, site establishment and delivery of these invasive works around a 24/7 operation.
