CAPEX Program
Geelong Grammar School
Accuraco was engaged by Geelong Grammar School to provide project management services across their CAPEX program which included a range of projects from infrastructure upgrades, building refurbishments and road developments. These projects required close coordination with key consultants, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with governing approvals, all while ensuring timelines and budgets were met.
Following the successful delivery of these projects at the Corio campus, Accuraco was further engaged to manage the design process for a critical road upgrade. This involved developing a right-hand turning lane from Mt Buller Road into Grammar School Road in response to safety concerns. Accuraco managed the Engineering RFP and led the tender process.
