Accuraco continues to project manage another significant new development for Ruyton Girls’ School with this Performing Arts Centre and Learning Resource Centre. A Project Brief was prepared for a new 638 fixed seat auditorium with associated rehearsal, drama and music studios with a consultant team selected and various enabling works packages undertaken. A Head Contractor has now been appointed with the demolition of the Royce Theatre, the Hilda Daniel and Foundation buildings nearing completion. The new PAC&LRC includes the refurbishment of the historically significant Derham House for music tuition.
