VincentCare Victoria provides quality services for the homeless, the aged care, people with disabilities, and men and women struggling with complex needs including substance abuse and mental health issues. Accuraco was appointed for the redevelopment of Ozanam House in Flemington Road, North Melbourne.
The new 12-storey Ozanam House provides 134 residential suites, basement car parking, a full commercial kitchen, office services, dining facilities, a café, gymnasium, and library. Accuraco managed a full consultant team, coordinated the Town Planning Application process, and managed the design and documentation phases.
