This project involved the redevelopment of the existing Bancoora Surf Life Saving Club to deliver a modern, fit-for-purpose facility that supported nippers, youth programs, and community events.
Accuraco were engaged by the Barwon Coast Committee (BCC) and Bancoora Surf Life Saving Club to provide full project management services from project inception through to completion. During the design phase, Accuraco oversaw the appointment of the architect through a competitive tender process and actively managed the design team and stakeholder engagement via a comprehensive Communications & Project Management Plan.
With strong ties to the local community, Accuraco facilitated community briefings and information sessions throughout the design stage to ensure transparency and local involvement.
