Accuraco was jointly appointed by St Vincent’s Healthcare Limited and IFM Investors (formerly ISPT) as Independent Project Certifier for Brenan Place, a landmark commercial office development within the St Vincent’s Healthcare campus at 33 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy.
The mixed-use development delivers premium-grade commercial office accommodation, with St Vincent’s Healthcare as the anchor tenant under a long-term sublease arrangement.
Engaged under a formal Project Certifier Deed from 2022, Accuraco acted independently throughout the construction lifecycle, with Practical Completion achieved in May 2026.
Accuraco’s role included assessing Practical Completion requirements, determining Extension of Time claims and Delay Events, reviewing disputed Variations, and assessing defect impacts and rectification timeframes.
Drawing on extensive expertise in commercial construction and healthcare infrastructure, Accuraco provided timely and impartial determinations that supported collaborative issue resolution and contributed to the successful delivery of this significant urban development.
