Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) supports over 80 schools across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, one of NSW’s fastest-growing regions. In line with their commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable learning environments, CSPD initiated a major upgrade at Gilroy Catholic College to expand capacity from 6 to 8 streams. This involved a new two-storey building with 14 general learning areas (GLAs), along with refurbishments to Blocks A, B, G, and the Hall to improve flexible learning spaces and amenities.
Accuraco was engaged in May 2024 to deliver end-to-end project and contract management, including the business case, design development, client approvals, and construction oversight.
