Accuraco is pleased to confirm they have commenced a project with CSPD for the completion of the business case for funding. The engagement includes procurement of the full design team including services, structural, architects, planners, and quantity surveyors (QS) consultants. As well as preparing the consultant recommendations, evaluations, and engagements, and is actively coordinating with the client and all project stakeholders to take the project through concept into a final business case. Scope of works includes for refurbishment of existing buildings as well a new classroom building.
Accuraco are also navigating with the consultants a tricky planning pathway as site has a heritage building and overlay. Construction works for are sited to commence early 2025.
