Coca-Cola Amatil engaged Accuraco to project manage a new blow moulding bottling plant at its Jersey Road Plant in Bayswater, Victoria. The new facility was purpose-designed to meet strict performance guidelines and comprised a substantial structural and building services work to support the expanded bottling operations.
Our team was engaged part way through the project design phase to manage the completion of design documentation, tendering and procurement and construction delivery.
In an environment where production efficiency is paramount, Accuraco worked closely with the client and a diverse range of stakeholders, including design team, equipment suppliers and the building contractor, to deliver the project on time and budget, whilst adding value to exceed the client’s expectations for a high-quality outcome.
