Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH)
Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) has been serving the East Gippsland community since 1975, delivering a wide range of integrated health services across multiple sites with a dedicated team of over 500 staff. To support ongoing infrastructure planning and ensure continued service delivery, GLCH engaged Accuraco to assess the building condition and compliance status of key sites in Lakes Entrance, Bairnsdale, Bruthen, Metung, and Nowa Nowa. These assessments aimed to provide clear recommendations and budget forecasts, helping GLCH plan capital works in a structured, proactive manner.
Accuraco used advanced tools such as aerial drones and 360° cameras to capture detailed imagery and create 3D walkthroughs of each site. These high-tech solutions allowed for accurate evaluation of hard-to-reach areas and provided GLCH with valuable visual records for future reference. The resulting reports are a critical resource for managing GLCH’s extensive property portfolio, supporting informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
