Accuraco was appointed to Project Manage the Design, Procurement and Construction Delivery of the redevelopment of the 530 Collins St foyer and retail zones. Spanning a full city block, the asset comprises a 66,000m2 commercial tower and extensive ground floor office, retail and Food and Beverage offerings.

In order to ensure the ongoing long-term performance of the 530 Collins St Asset, The GPT Group identified the requirement to revitalise and modernise the ground plane of the building. Comprising a brief to enhance and modernise the intrinsic grandeur of the original structure, the team worked tirelessly to develop a design that is sympathetic to the original architecture but also addresses the expectations of modern office life
