Accuraco has completed many capital expenditure projects at Melbourne’s south-east Parkmore Shopping Centre. The portfolio of projects include;
- Complete upgrade of the centres external fire sprinkler infrastructure, inclusive of new street mains booster assembly.
- Internal Upgrade to high-level classification for fire protection services for major tenants including Kmart and Big W.
- Civil works upgrades.
- Refurbishment of multiple travel escalators.
- Major external roof remediation.
For the roof remediation team Accuraco took steps to conduct multiple onsite workshops with project engineers and an array of contractors to develop a series of generic remediation construction design details that The GPT Group could adopt and use as a set of ‘standard’ details for identical roof remediation projects across its portfolio of retail shopping centres.
