Accuraco was engaged by the GPT Group to Project Manage the design and construction of the new Space & Co co-working facility on level 3, 530 Collins St Melbourne. Located in the heart of Melbourne’s corporate precinct, on the north east corner of Collins and King Streets, 530 Collins Street is a Premium Grade commercial office building owned by The GPT Group. Space & Co provide professional and creative workspaces for entrepreneurs, small businesses and project teams. After successfully launching their first facility at Melbourne Central, The GPT Group decided to offer a second option to the Melbourne market.
Accuraco worked closely with the client group and design team to deliver a highly cost effective fit out, meeting strict operational guidelines and a highly aggressive programme.
