Grampian Flood Recovery
Parks Victoria

The Grampians National Park remains one of Victoria’s premier parks, hosting over a million visitors every year, from both Australia and overseas, and is well known for a range of recreational pursuits including camping, bushwalking, rock climbing.

Due to devasting floods and fire, in excess of 1,000km of damaged roads, washed-away bridges, walking tracks and other assets required detailed assessment and rectification. Through Accuraco’s successful management, including the development of various tools to aid insurance assessment and loss adjustment, many of the assets were quickly returned to their previous condition and opened to the public.

Accuraco worked closely with the Park Rangers and other stakeholders to scope, procure and package the works in order for contractors to deliver over an 18-month timeframe.
