Grampians Fire Access Road Recovery & Resilience Program
Parks Victoria

Accuraco was engaged by Parks Victoria to deliver project management and procurement coordination services for the recovery and resilience of over 100km of unsealed fire access and suppression roads within the Grampians National Park—critical corridors for emergency response, fire suppression, and ongoing park operations.

The program addressed cumulative damage from multiple natural disaster events between 2022 and 2026, including floods, bushfires, storms, and catchment impacts. It was funded through State and Federal tranche funding, requiring delivery within strict timeframes and compliance with DTF and VGPB procurement frameworks.

Accuraco managed procurement and contract delivery across multiple work packages, from strategy and tendering through to evaluation, award, and execution, along with post-award superintendent support, contract administration, performance monitoring, and compliance with technical and safety requirements.

The engagement also included scheduling support and stakeholder coordination to align Parks Victoria’s operational priorities with funding requirements, enabling efficient sequencing of works under constrained timeframes and evolving site conditions.
