Junior School Redevelopment
Ruyton Girls’ School
Following the successes of previous projects, Ruyton Girls’ School engaged Accuraco to project manage the design, documentation and tendering stages and to superintend the construction for its Junior School Redevelopment. The Project required demolitions, refurbishment and elements of new build at the School’s Kew campus. A Planning Permit Amendment was prepared for the previously approved Masterplan, stakeholder consultation and coordination to achieve all approvals prior to construction commencing in December 2015.
Accuraco implemented a two stage Guaranteed Maximum Price procurement with the Project completed within budget and for the commencement of the 2017 school year including extensive hard landscaping and nature play equipment.
