Accuraco was engaged by the Kardinia Park Stadium Trust for a broad range of upgrades to their iconic stadium. The projects were delivered in parallel with the Stage 5 redevelopment requiring diligent planning and interface coordination to ensure the stadium received a consistent outcome. The team at Accuraco successfully delivered upgrades to the iconic Accuraco had several of their Project Manager’s work on the Stadium across a number of years. Through focused programming and thorough stakeholder management, the Accuraco team successfully completed 14 individual capital expenditure projects. Project included;
• Lighting upgrade with new LED units
• Significant electrical infrastructure improvements for redundancy
• Accessibility upgrades,
• Carparking upgrades,
• Synthetic turf installation,
• Ice-bath and umpire amenities,
• PA/EWIS upgrades • Audio-visual upgrades
• Fire-stair rectification
