Accuraco was engaged by the Kardinia Park Stadium Trust for a broad range of upgrades to their arena. These projects run parallel with the Stage 5 redevelopment requiring diligent planning and interface coordination to ensure the stadium received a consistent outcome.
The team at Accuraco successfully delivered upgrades to the iconic sports lighting towers, electrical infrastructure improvements, accessibility upgrades, civil works and synthetic playing turf installation. Through focused programming and thorough stakeholder management, the Accuraco team successfully completed 12 CAPEX projects.
