Melbourne Central Façade Remediation

Melbourne Central is a landmark office and retail property, located in the Melbourne CBD, which currently houses over 300 retailers. Accuraco was engaged by the GPT Group to manage the design, procure and superintend the contract for the remediation of Melbourne Central’s Central Atrium Glass Cone and Apex. Our project manager worked closely with facade engineering specialists to identify a suitable rectification plan, that would see the remedying of present leaks, wear and tear. The remediation work was successfully delivered, minimising disruption to Melbourne Central’s busy shopping centre, office and retail operations.
