Energy & Water Ombudsman (EWOV)
Accuraco was engaged by EWOV to Project Manage their new tenancy fit-out. EWOV provides professional care and advice to the public to resolve disputes between individuals and energy and water companies. The project has assisted EWOV in significantly upgrading current accommodation and providing capacity for EWOV to undertake its operational obligations both now and in the future.
EWOV requested a modern, streamlined fit-out, with a central focus on putting the workers needs first. The site offers multiple interconnecting team spaces rather than the traditional small office option. The space also provides direct sight links out of the building, accompanied by multiple informal breakout retreat spaces. Accuraco worked closely with the client group and design team to deliver a highly cost-effective fit-out, meeting strict operational guidelines and a highly aggressive program
