Accuraco were appointed to assist MOP with the delivery of various capital expenditure work upgrades around the Melbourne Park precinct.
Works included inground service upgrades, show court lighting replacement, statue erection, façade investigations, moving roof package and tender preparation and hospitality upgrade works.
Accuraco bought to the MOP team a systematic approach, and quickly established programming and cost-planning tools to assist the wider MOP audience to better understand the intricacies of the program.
