Accuraco was appointed by Bombardier to act as Client Representative for the construction of a new Service Centre at Essendon Airport. The team provided independent advice and peer review through the design, delivery and handover phases. Accuraco represented Bombardier at local meetings and regularly reported back to the client group in Dallas, Montreal and Queensland throughout the project’s delivery.
Bombardier’s new customer service centre will be the only facility to exclusively service Bombardier aircraft in Australia, servicing jets from across the region. The maintenance hangar has been designed to enable two global 7500 aircraft to be parked side by side during servicing, assisted by a five-tonne gantry crane. Customers will be treated to a luxurious lounge and office facilities whilst their aircraft are being serviced and prepared.
