Mooramong Disaster Recovery
National Trust of Australia (Victoria)

Accuraco was engaged by the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) to deliver end-to-end project management for recovery works at Mooramong Homestead following significant bushfire damage in early 2026. The project included assessing conditions across the 1,560-hectare property through desktop reviews, site inspections, and evaluation of fire-affected assets and infrastructure. This work supported insurance requirements, confirmed damage extent, and informed recovery planning for both farm operations and heritage assets.

Accuraco coordinated scopes of work, procurement, and contractor engagement to deliver key restoration activities, including fencing reinstatement and water infrastructure repairs. The focus was on restoring safe, functional operations efficiently and in line with heritage requirements.

Accuraco also managed stakeholder coordination and project governance, working with the National Trust, insurers, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities included budget oversight, program tracking, risk management, and reporting to support effective delivery and recovery outcomes while preserving the site’s long-term heritage value.
