Accuraco was appointed by the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) (NTAV) to support the management and procurement of the Como House Masterplan Brief , a strategic initiative to engage the market for a comprehensive, forward-looking framework to guide the long-term conservation, interpretation, and activation of the historic Como House and Gardens.
The masterplan brief establishes a clear and robust foundation for future consultant engagements, ensuring the ongoing protection of the site’s significant heritage values while enhancing visitor experience, public access, and operational performance. Central to this work is a detailed assessment of existing conditions across the site — encompassing heritage fabric, landscape elements, building services, infrastructure, and accessibility providing a strong evidence base to inform future planning and decision-making.
The project included extensive stakeholder and internal consultation to ensure alignment with NTAV’s strategic objectives, operational requirements, and community expectations. Accuraco delivered project advisory and master planning services, drawing on broad experience across heritage, cultural, and public sector projects to support a balanced, practical, and sustainable outcome for the site.
