Mount Buangor State Park

Mount Buangor State Park, on Eastern Maar Country west of Ballarat, was hit by bushfire in February 2024 and flooding in April, causing widespread damage to roads, trails, bridges, and campgrounds.
In July 2025, Accuraco joined Parks Victoria’s Recovery Team to deliver repair works. Drawing on extensive disaster recovery experience, we assessed more than 30 kilometres of roads, three campgrounds, and multiple walking trails, working with local contractors and specialists. Our role includes navigating heritage approvals, engaging consultants, overseeing procurement, and managing contractors ensuring recovery is efficient, compliant, and respectful of the park’s cultural and environmental values
