Phillip Island Nature Parks appointed Accuraco to create and deliver a Project Management Framework to support its $4 million annual capital works program. Working closely with the Infrastructure and Planning team, Accuraco developed a consistent, scalable approach to project governance that aligned with organisational policies and Victorian Government procurement requirements.
The framework introduced project tiers, approval gateways, and standardised documentation, supported by practical tools such as business case, scoping, scheduling, and budgeting templates. By embedding these structured processes, Accuraco enabled Nature Parks to deliver projects with greater efficiency, compliance, and transparency strengthening long-term value across all capital works.
