Accuraco were engaged by the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) following their recent purchase of 3 floors of a soon to be constructed mixed use development in Prahran. Accuraco provided advisory services immediately upon engagement in relation to the commercial aspects of the purchase and then progressed through the full design and project management of the final fitout for the space.
In addition to accommodating CICM, the 1 floor was allocated to the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS), with all areas being designed and delivered as one project. This approach delivered significant economies for both client groups.
