A major redevelopment of Melbourne Park was proposed to secure its future as the home of the Australian Open and to maintain its status as a world-class sports and entertainment precinct.
Accuraco assisted during the Managing Contractor procurement phase, including detailed ‘Gateway’ governance and High-Value-High-risk approval. Accuraco acted as Superintendent over the four-year program of construction.
