Saltwater P–9 College in Point Cook is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing schools, first opening in 2019. To support rising enrolments, Accuraco has been appointed by the VSBA to manage the design and delivery of two major new buildings: a multipurpose facility for theatre, drama, music, food technology, science, media, and the arts, and a three-storey general learning building to replace temporary classrooms.
The project involves complex challenges, including site constraints, temporary student relocation, power upgrades impacted by nearby rail works, and strict planning restrictions. Drawing on our education expertise and strong relationship with the VSBA, Accuraco is working closely with the school, Region, and consultants to deliver modern facilities that will support student learning and community growth.
