KOSS 2026 Program
Victorian School Building Authority
Accuraco is proud to partner with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to deliver two major kindergarten programs: KOSS2025 (five school sites) and KOSS2026 (four school sites across metropolitan Melbourne and regional centres including Yarrawonga and Traralgon).
Each project involves 2–3 classroom modular buildings, prefabricated off-site and installed with landscaping, outdoor play areas, and full service connections ready for Day 1 of Term 1. Engaged from design through to defects liability, Accuraco is managing aggressive timeframes, budget constraints, and complex procurement. Leveraging lessons from past projects, we have expedited design and documentation, driven collaborative value management, and applied expertise in modular installation and QARD compliance to ensure seamless handover of high-quality facilities that will support local communities for years to come.
