Accuraco was engaged by the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to project manage Stage 2 of the redevelopment of Swan Hill Specialist School. This redevelopment is a key initiative to support the growing demand for educational places in the high-growth Rural City of Swan Hill.
The project involved a major refurbishment of the school’s Main Classroom Building/Hub, including upgrades to the administration, reception, staff areas, first aid facilities, staff amenities, and the relocation of the school library. Additionally, an accredited café with food prep, storage, and cleaning areas will be added as an extension to the newly completed Stage 1 outdoor sports area.
This redevelopment will enhance the school’s capacity to meet the needs of its expanding student population.
