Accuraco was engaged VSBA to deliver new school facilities. As part of this project, a detailed review of a previous master plan was undertaken with adjustments made to better align with the current and projected enrolment. Accuraco managed a full consultant team and worked with the College and the VSBA to define what was achievable as a first stage within the budget. As with many State Schools, the existing buildings demolished contained asbestos which impacted the Program and budget. A feature of the Project is the unique design of three buildings with curved facades to create an intimate campus presence.
